Car cleaned and serviced but surprised when I went to check the windscreen washer it wasn't topped up as I would have expected!

Same as above, people travelling an hour, shouldn't have to be waiting hours for this to be carried out. My car didn't go into the workshop untill gone 11am. Surely it would make more sense to have an appointment time for such services.

On time and efficent, online booking easy to use and saved time at key hand over, also they messaged when the vehicle was finished and I liked the video of the underside of the car as a walk through

Had my car MOT'D while I waited. It was completed in good time very happy.

Overall service was fine, James was responsive to any questions. My car ended up with a scuff, the team did have it back and polished the marks. Still visible but better and an MOT voucher has been given.

Kept waiting nearly 2 hours for a simple light bulb change and charged over £50 for the privilege. Not given any update without my having to go to ask what was happening.

Recall repair took all day, but were not able to look at other item raised before drop off. Sat nav system has developed a blue hue which I cant change under settings. I was told technician could not change under settings. Offered £100 credit.

They were not 100% clear with me what work had been completed l have no written confirmation that the airbag and egr cooler work has been done. Also I would have appreciated a text late in the afternoon to inform me that it wouldn't be ready that day

Having taken the trouble to bring the vehicle in for the remedial work and left the vehicle overnight it was very disappointing to discover the work not carried out .I appreciated the explanation given but was still inconvenienced.

Adam in service was very helpful when a clutch problem was diagnosed at less than 20,000 miles. Adam & Vertu Barnstaple fought my corner & got a very fair deal to fix the problem with BMW.
